Chocolate and Churros!

So this is a favorite pastime in Madrid...eating! The Spaniards are really good at it, and one good dessert (or maybe not just for dessert) is chocolate and churros. The hot chocolate is not the kind you'd drink, but much thicker and creamier. It's almost like a melted hershey's bar. Churros are a fried pastry that come in long, thin rolls, and they're best soaked in chocolate, so you can see how this is an addictive combination. A group of us took Kara this past Monday night to San Gines, one of the best Chocolaterías in town near Puerta del Sol.
